FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5: Rescue Brew Tapping Party! Each year we create a collab benefit brew with our across-the-street heroes at Routt County Search and Rescue! This year it’s a cold-brewed IPA. We’re tapping it up with live music, prize giveaways and your chance to meet members of the rescue team that keep you safe in the great outdoors year round! Lucas Mouttet and Eric Baker will provide live music from 5 to 7 p.m., and there will be a free prize drawing at 6:30 with 2 grand prizes: a Free Beer for a Year punch card and a $100 gift certificate for dinner in a Mountain Tap gondola cabin on our patio.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10: Pizza Release Party! This fall we teamed up with the art teacher at Strawberry Park Elementary School. She inspired her students to create masterpiece pizzas using old vinyl records as the bases and art supplies as the toppings. Dozens of creations were submitted to the school staff for initial judging, then the Mountain Tap team provided input on the school’s top 11 pizzas. Finally, the favorite 4 were put out to vote by the public on social media… and the winner’s pie will be recreated by Mountain Tap’s culinary team and debut as our Pizza of the Week! Come check out the top creations and celebrate the students’ artistry and imagination! Live music will be provided by Apple Pie and a Guy from 5-7 p.m. What fun!
