We source ingredients locally whenever possible. Even the wood that burns in our oven is peach and cherry wood from Palisade!

Locals Lager Our German-style Pilsner is light straw in color with smooth lager characteristics and a spicy hop finish.

Get Out! Our Belgian farmhouse-style saison was brewed to celebrate Colorado’s public lands. Made with Colorado-grown barley & wheat from Root Shoots Malting, it’s earthy, spicy, tangy and quenching. Get Out and enjoy the land!

Halaboration River Pale Ale Brewed – socially distanced – with our friends from Hala Gear, this session IPA was dry-hopped for citrus-floral aroma and flavor.

7-7 Anniversary Haze Brewed with 7 hops and 7 grains to celebrate our 4th anniversary on 7/7, this HAZY IPA was dry hopped for a bright citrus hop aroma reminiscent of tangerine and grapefruit.

Current IPA Assertively hopped, this India Pale Ale has the right amount of maltiness to achieve perfect balance. Full-bodied to restore your energy or fuel your next adventure.
